Triumph Master's Commission (TMC) is a one-year intense ministry studentship based out of Triumph Church of Sugar Land, with an emphasis on one-on-one mentorship and hands-on ministry training. We seek to serve the local church and focus on whole-hearted commitment to Jesus Christ.

Triumph Master's Commission is a training ground that provides a balanced growth environment for students to develop and equip the whole person. TMC aims to be more than just another program, but strives to challenge students to live a lifestyle of total commitment to Christ. We believe teaching Godly disciplines will provide direction during the most critical times of a person’s life. Our vision is to see young adults be molded into the well-rounded and well-grounded men and women of character and integrity.

Triumph Master's Commission functions and operates fully as an autonomous subsidiary ministry of a local church – Triumph Church of Sugar Land, a vibrant local church in Sugar Land, Texas, which is one of the fastest growing suburb communities in the United States.

Our studentship program is like a “green house." TMC is an environment where students are “protected” from outside elements. This environment intensifies positive elements producing a climate conducive to strong accelerated growth. Of course, the items inside the green house will eventually leave and go out into the “real world,” but the statistical difference is staggering. Plants that spend time inside a green house are seventy to eighty times more likely to reach their full potential than those that have not spent any time inside a green house. Regardless of where those plants eventually go, they will be stronger and healthier because of their time spent inside the green house. TMC is a "spiritual green house".
