JIMN KYLES
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF TRIUMPH MASTER'S COMMISSION &
ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF TRIUMPH CHURCH OF SUGAR LAND

Jimn Kyles is passionate about building the local church. He possesses a rare combination of visionary leadership and pragmatic administrative skills. He oversees the overall direction of Triumph Master's Commission and also oversees all aspects of student ministry for Triumph Church – children, youth, and young adults. Jimn has an incredibly innovative mind, extensive leadership expertise, and a deep passion to see God touch people’s lives. He especially has developed a successful track-record of seeing greatness and potential in individuals that other leaders might not see. Jimn has traveled extensively speaking in public high schools as a motivational speaker. He has also preached in a wide variety denominational settings across North America, and in nearly a dozen countries abroad. Jimn has truly proven himself to be an expert in the arenas of leadership development, communication, and administration.

Jimn Kyles was born and raised in the Southeast region of Texas. Before joining the pastoral staff team at Triumph Church, Jimn had most recently worked for Teen Mania Ministries’ Global Expeditions as the Director of Leadership and Program Manager for nearly four years. In this position, he traveled the country facilitating leadership seminars that prepared, trained, and equipped adult leaders to reach youth and young adults. Prior to working for Teen Mania Ministries, in addition to being a motivational speaker, Jimn had been a restaurant owner and real estate entrepreneur. He has been personally mentored by great leaders such as Ron Luce, Chuck Colson, and Randy Clark. Jimn holds an Associate's degree and has been an ordained pastor with the Triumph Apostolic Network since 2007. Jimn has been married for almost ten years to Phyllis, who also serves on staff with Triumph Church. They have two sons, Caden and Carson.

KENNETH ORTIZ
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS FOR TRIUMPH MASTER'S COMMISSION

Kenneth Ortiz is deeply passionate about communicating the depths of God’s love and power. His favorite aspects of pastoral ministry are one-on-one mentorship and expository teaching of the Word of God. He overseas the day-to-day operations for Triumph Master's Commission as well as working hand-in-hand alongside Jimn Kyles in leading the Student Ministries department of Triumph Church. Kenneth possesses an uncanny ability to connect with people – both in large groups and in one-on-one settings. He is a dynamic public speaker with a bold, but conversational, style of speaking that is always laced with incredible humor and relevant illustrations. He has a thorough understanding of adolescent and young adult development as well as an extensive knowledge of both Biblical history and Biblical apologetics.

Kenneth Ortiz was born and raised in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. He has a wide variety of professional, business and ministry experience. Over the past ten years, he has been a pastor, a teacher, a restaurant manager, and a real estate entrepreneur. Prior to joining our pastoral staff team, he most recently served the body of Christ by traveling extensively as an evangelist and motivational communicator, speaking mostly to youth and young adults, from 2006 - 2010. Kenneth has also served on staff with two other Master's Commission programs (San Diego, CA and Las Cruces, NM). He has been on more than 20 missions-trips to 13 different nations around the globe. Kenneth has been trained by great leaders such as Jeanne Mayo, Jeremy DeWeerdt, and Shannon Ethridge. He has been a credentialed pastor with the Assemblies of God International Fellowship since 2006. Kenneth is a graduate of the Rockford Master’s Commission (now Focus.one).

PHYLLIS KYLES
DIRECTOR OF WOMEN'S MINISTRIES FOR TRIUMPH MASTER'S COMMISSION &
CHILDREN'S PASTOR OF TRIUMPH CHURCH OF SUGAR LAND

Phyllis Kyles is incredibly passionate about bringing hope to those who feel hopeless. She is deeply compassionate and desires nothing more than to see others begin to grasp the amazing tender-kindness, love, and grace of our God. She often sacrifices of herself to see others grow in their faith. Phyllis Kyles is an amazing example of empathy and mercy. She also knows how to have fun! With these talents and strengths in mind, Phyllis is drawn to mentoring children and young women. She overseas the Children’s Ministries department of Triumph Church of Sugar Land and leads the women’s ministry for the Triumph Master’s Commission. Besides investing into the lives of those in her care, Phyllis is married to Jimn Kyles (a full-time job in itself) and a mother of two young boys, Caden and Carson.

Phyllis was born in Orange, Texas and raised in the Southeast region of the state. As a young teenage girl Phyllis committed her life to Christ and became involved with the youth ministry of Triumph Church in Nederland, Texas – where she met Pastors Randy and Renee. She has been extremely loyal to them and their ministry ever since. Phyllis Kyles has been heavily involved with Teen Mania Ministries over the past several years in a variety of ways – mostly serving as a Project Director, where she has literally led thousands of North American teenagers on domestic and overseas missions-trips to places such as Florida, Belize, Jamaica, Peru (twice), Mexico (several times), and even to the wild & sweltering Darien Jungle of Panama. Phyllis earned a Nursing degree from Lamar College and currently is a licensed nurse (L.V.N.). Phyllis and Jimn have been married for ten years. Over those ten years, they have together been entrepreneurs in both the restaurant and real estate investment industries. Since 2008, they have served alongside each other in ministry as pastors at Triumph Church in Sugar Land, Texas. Phyllis considers her husband to be her best friend and the greatest mentor she has ever had.

MONIQUE WYATT
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Monique Wyatt oversees a lot of office and clerical duties, but she is much more than an office assistant. She possess strong speaking and teaching abilities as well. She is passionate about serving and helping to facilitate the “little” details that are needed to make the “big” things happen. Every ministry needs organized micro-thinkers that are willing to serve, and Monique fits the bill perfectly. She helps to manage and oversees many of the administrative tasks for the Triumph Master's Commission, YouthCanLead, Epic Student Ministries, and the entire body of Triumph Church of Sugar Land. In addition, she has poured into the lives of many young ladies within the Triumph Church family and has personally served the Kyles' family on many occasions. She has used her talents to greatly serve Triumph Church in many ways.

Monique was originally born in San Antonio, Texas but soon moved to Virginia (as many military families do). Prior to joining Triumph Church in the Spring of 2009, she had been a part of Teen Mania Ministries for more than four years – both as an intern and staff member. She worked as Jimn Kyles’ personal assistant while working for Teen Mania Ministries’ Global Expeditions and served in a variety of other roles during her tenure. She also traveled on the “Acquire the Fire” ministry team for two years, where she helped to facilitate and put-on the Acquire the Fire youth conventions that reach more than 250,000 youth and young adults each year. Monique was personally mentored by Ron Luce for one year through his program “Fellowship of the Burning Hearts”. She truly is a dynamic asset to our team.

DEBBIE KYLES
STAFF COUNSELOR

Debbie Kyles is a full-time social worker and counselor for a hospital system in the greater Houston area however she has chosen to serve our ministry on a part-time basis. In doing so, she has proven that you don't need to be a full-time employee of a church to have a "full-time" impact on the lives of other individuals.
