Master's Commission is a nine-months long faith-based mentorship program comprised of students mostly between the ages of 18 and 25. Master's Commission is dedicated to making Disciples of Christ and training young adults in ministry and in leadership through both classroom-style academics as well as practical ministry experience. There are more than 120 Master's Commission locations across the United States and abroad. Each local program is based out of a local church. Each program has its own flavor and style.

Currently, 70 of the 120 Master's Commission programs worldwide are officially sponsored by the Master's Commission International Network (MCIN). The MCIN is the governing body which holds its affiliated programs accountable. Triumph Master's Commission is one of the Master's Commission locations affiliated with the MCIN, and we are a member of the MCIN's Pioneer Division. The MCIN is not limited to any one denomination, but works with many churches across the nation.

Triumph Master's Commission (TMC) is based out of Triumph Church, a dynamic non-denominational Spirit-filled church, located in Sugar Land, Texas (a vibrant southwest suburb of Houston). Our program has a strong emphasis on one-on-one pastoral mentorship, hands-on ministry training, service to the local church and our community through tangible acts of love, passionate prayer, systematic Bible study, and whole-hearted commitment to Jesus Christ. TMC is designed to cultivate and develop the leadership potential in young adults while preparing them to impact their world.
